A brass waterfog nozzle with two openings at the front. The handle reads "OPEN" and "SHUT" on either side. The "OPEN" side of the handle reads "Patented," "Rockwood waterfog" and "1 1/2 S-C40." The "SHUT" side reads "USA," "Rockwood Sprinkler Co." and "Worcester Mass." The top of the nozzle below the handle has "SHUT FOG OPEN" with small arrows, and "FFS." There is a perforated cover on the nozzle end. The interior of the base is threaded. The top of the handle is stamped with "33-7096.6-15."
